Good morning and welcome to the 3D Paper Trimmer Blog Hop.
You may have joined me from Jo Blackman’s blog or are starting your hop journey here with me, either way thank you for stopping by. This is my first time joining in with this hop and I am really looking forward to more. Most of my crafting friends will tell you I love making anything 3D and it is true, so this blog I think is perfect for me!
The blog is for items made using the Stampin’ Up! paper trimmer and is set to a theme each month, for August it is Vacation.
While the majority of us are stuck at home longing for some overseas sun, I thought why not make a scene of my favourite thing in the world, especially on a vacation. A beautiful sunset.
So I decided to make a mini frame and add a sunset to it, so I can look at it and picture myself there!
For the image, I blended Bumblebee and Calypso Coral inks onto a piece of whisper white cardstock using sponge daubers, second generation stamped the cloud images from the stamp set in Bumblebee and Calypso Coral, then added the sea in Pretty Peacock and the setting sun in Bumblebee using first generation stamping.
You can purchase any of the items I have used from my online shop by following the product links below.
I would love to receive feedback on my project, so if you like what I have made please leave me a comment, it is very much appreciated.
Please let me know if you would love to receive a copy of the new August-December mini catalogue for FREE and I can pop one in the post to you.
